In order to remove a game without both players' permission, there needs to be some basis like demonstrated cheating or a problem with the website.  Otherwise, both players have to agree to have the game removed.
 
Assuming that your opponent will not agree to removal of the game, what basis do you assert for this action to be taken unilaterally?  Please reply by private message, offline message, or email (razorclaw@metaforge.net or admin@metaforge.net).

On re-reading your post, are you saying that you tried to re-enter the game but the site would not let you back in?
